Caught Diamond Head on the Saxon tour a few years back and they still bring that classic NWOBHM wall of sound live, so these Europe dates are a great excuse to get out. Between gigs I keep a browser tab open for quick matches on 2v2 io online free — easy to jump into for a few minutes while waiting on friends. Hope the new run hits a city near you.
Great to see Saxon dates coming together, and Diamond Head as special guests is a strong bill. Slightly off topic, but for the tour poster mockups I needed a deliberately grainy version of a photo and low quality photo maker handled it in the browser without an upload queue or an account, which saved a lot of time.
https://casinocraic.com caught my eye recently and it got me thinking about how tours like this get scheduled, because hitting thirteen cities in three weeks across nine countries is no small feat. The Milan and Gothenburg stops stand out to me since those venues have a reputation for rowdy crowds that really feed off a band like Diamond Head opening. I saw Saxon on a previous run and the double-bill energy was relentless, so anyone catching the Tilburg or Copenhagen shows is in for a long night.
